Lab this week?
Just wondering if we could work with target's, other than the one we had last semester, to get back in the swing of things. I was in lab today, but couldn't find any fibrinogen in the freezer (assuming we are out); can I practice on a different target (HBS and Angiotensin are still available) before I start work with my proposed one?

Also- there were no mentors in lab today, wondering if I needed any verification for the hour that I was there (or if it even counts). Thanks!
It is labor day and I don't think mentors will be in today. I don't know if Xinh was not in Sunday due to the weekend also.
If you don't use the same target then start with a fairly early round (2) so there is enough pool to bind the different target. But yes, you can use a cheap target like HBS. Also ask Amanda about the fib as I thought she made some more in July.
I can't remember how many aliquots were left of fib, but I do think there should be a few left. If not, there was a stock of it that just needs to be aliquoted out.
Thanks Brad!
Amanda- any idea where the stock solution was left? Appreciate all the help!
