EphA2 arrived from R&D systems (Cat# 639-A2-200) on 8-20-10. It was resuspended today by Jialing Fang.
EphA2 is 105kDa and should be resuspended in 1X PBS as directed. It is purchased in 200ug quantities.
200ug / 105,000 ug/umol *1E6 = 19.05pmol resuspended in 38.1ul = 50uM. We aliquoted in 38 1ul volumes @ 50uM each.
